Navigating your way to success is a desire that people from all walks of life hope to accomplish.
Have you ever experienced a time when something you thought you had to have, like a job or even a position in an organization, would provide you both inner and outer personal satisfaction but
for whatever reason did not measure up to your expectations? To help maximize the efforts you invest towards a desired goal, it's necessary to identify what success would be like when it is achieved.
Questions that an individual should ask oneself is:
1) How do I define success?
2) Why do I define success the way I do?
These two questions are keys to help an individual identify the motivation behind his/her goals or lack of goals, inspirations, behaviors, character, and ultimately his/her current life direction and future positioning towards one's uniquely defined success goal.
Through relevant storytelling, communicating the process of personal identification and direction, and facilitating audience engagement, the Power Move message, an introspective evaluation of eight points that contribute to one's current life positioning, will be delivered to audiences that seek to understand how to navigate their paths to success.

Joe Kenley (Coach Joe) is a certified life coach with a passion to encourage and motivate those who want to succeed in their relationships, career, and achieving goals.
Joe earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Virginia State University and then went on to earn his Master of Arts Degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Joe's passion to encourage and motivate was influenced early in his career when he was laid off from his job as a mental health counselor, the job he accepted fresh out of graduate school, where became complacent and not fully satisfied and just went through the motions of committing to a job. The complacency to remain there was disabling and affected the relationship he had with his family as well as the outlook he had for his life because he was visionless, and as a result, did not see anything better for himself and his family. That layoff became a blessing in disguise. It stretched him to seek better opportunities. He thought about the influences on his life that brought him joy with the potential to grow and leave an impact which positioned him back to college but as a professional rather than a student.
His plan is to impact the lives of the clients he serves through coaching and teaching with positive and realistic communication. His intention is to help people identify the greatness that is already within them and to use their gifts to make a positive impact in their chosen fields and relationships. Joe's purpose is to serve by coaching clients how not to allow life's setbacks to keep them down, but to activate the greatness that is within them, to navigate them through obstacles into success.
